The Cover guarantee
Any chip you report on a covered vehicle is fixed within 7days, at your yard or at any Chippy kiosk, or that vehicle's month is free.
Run your own numbers
At these numbers paying as you go costs less than Cover. Cover is for fleets that want one fixed price, scheduled yard visits and no approvals; pay as you go suits a fleet that rarely gets chipped.
Estimate only, ex GST, using your numbers above. Complex chips and cracks cost more on pay as you go. Not every chip can be repaired.
Same account, set up the way council buys.
Council crews use the Damage Desk and council vehicles use Fleet Glass Cover, on the same account as everyone else. We quote a purchase order number on every job, your claims officer or fleet manager approves anything outside the agreed price, and you pay on 30-day invoice terms.
Warranted for as long as the vehicle's owned.
If a repaired chip or crack spreads, we repair it again free, or refund what was paid for the repair. Read the warranty terms.
What businesses ask us.
Do businesses get a cheaper rate?+
Our prices are the same for everyone. What an account adds is the service around the repair: one invoice, purchase order numbers, yard visits, a flat price per incident for crews, a fixed yearly price per vehicle for fleets, and a guarantee on how fast we act.
Is there a lock-in contract?+
No. Fleet Glass Cover is billed yearly, or monthly if you prefer, and you can stop at the end of any period. Damage Desk and Business Accounts have no fixed term at all.
How do we pay?+
Each month you get one statement, charged to the card or direct debit on file 7 days later. Councils and approved companies can pay on 30-day invoice terms instead.
What if the windscreen can't be repaired?+
If it can't be repaired, you don't pay for it, and we tell you what we found. We don't replace windscreens.
Are you insured?+
Yes. Chippy Repair holds $20 million public liability insurance. We'll send the certificate of currency on request.
